We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds for any orders once they have been placed and confirmed.

We encourage all customers to review product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before completing a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

We are only responsible in cases where the product is delivered defective or damaged.

In such cases:

  • The item will be inspected and verified

  • If confirmed defective, we will replace the item with a new one

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects

  • Damage caused after delivery (misuse, improper handling, or installation) is not covered

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
